Should you receive a damaged item, immediately notify us within 10 business days of its arrival by completing our Customer Service Form. This form’s submission must be inclusive of filling out the intricate details of your item(s) damage, a photo of such damage and proof of purchase receipt. Using this information, we will address your concern and seek to rectify the unintended damage to the best of our ability.
